More Than Words

At Dekiruyo, we believe no Ethiopian should be held back by language. We teach Japanese in Amharic clearly, practically, and with real understanding , so every student can build a confident, stable life in Japan.

 

Dekiruyo started in 2023 as a small effort to help fellow Ethiopians learn Japanese in their own language. Over the next two years, we worked closely with our students, learning from every class and steadily improving how we teach. By 2025, that experience had shaped Dekiruyo into a more structured, more effective school and we took the next step, bringing Dekiruyo to social media and launching this website, so we could reach and support even more students.
